Here are some more charms I created I to wear at Convention. I used the little stamp images from Totally Tess and Itty Bitty Bits along with the Greenhouse Gala DSP. The little white one that says "STAMP" was a gift from my upline Rhonda. The circle and square charms measure 5/8" and there is a circle punch the same size. The bracelet measures 8 inches. Happy Stamping!!

Simply Adorned!

I just love Stampin' Up's line of Simply Adorned jewelry. Here are my designs, front and back. During Convention, Stampin' Up! is having a Simply Adorned contest based on:
* Most creative
* Best use of new Stampin' Up! colors
* Overall cutest
I thought these butterflies on the 1 and 1 1/4 inch charm, made from the Embosslits Beautiful Wings die would be a great way to showcase Stampin' Up! colors.
Wish me luck!!

These sets use stamps, Vintage Vogue and Charming.

Sneak Peek- Convention Shoe Box Swap

I'm so excited to participate in my first Shoe Box Swap. What is a Shoe Box Swap? A shoe box swap is basically where each person plans a project and cuts all of the supplies for everyone who attends to create that project. She brings everything required to create that project like stamps, ink, punches etc. I will be in a group of 12 participants. I thought this would be a fun card to make and it showcases the new Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper, Greenhouse Gala and the popular Square Lattice Embossing Folder.

Ink: Chocolate Chip on sentiment, Old Olive around edges

Inspired by Nature Emboss Resist with Fresh Cuts

I had so much fun playing along with the 2nd Stampin' Addicts Iron Stamper/Throwdown Day of Challenges!!! The theme for this challenge was to use 3 different stamp sets, including a sentiment. I used Fresh Cuts, Inspired by Nature and Friends Never Fade for the sentiment. I got the original idea for this technique from Brandi Wiggins here.
Inks: Marina Mist, Old Olive, Concord Crush, Versamark
Papers: Whisper White, Old Olive, Bashful Blue, Nursery Suite
Accessories: Clear embossing powder, Top Note Die, Sizzix Clearlits Scallop Rectangle
1) First I colored onto the stamp, Inspired by Nature using the following Stampin' Write markers: Old Olive, Concord Crush, Pumpkin Pie and Bashful Blue.
2) Huff on the stamp and stamp onto Whisper White Cardstock. Before removing your stamp, put the black part of the Stamp-a-ma-jig into place so you can reposition the stamp for the next step.
3) Be sure to keep the Stamp-a-ma-jig in place when you remove the stamp. Clean the stamp and ink with Versamark. Stamp directly over the Inspired by Nature image again with Versamark. You can also use your Versamarker instead of the Stamp-a-ma-jig.
4) Heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
5) Using the Fresh Cuts background stamp, stamp over the top of the flower image using Versamark. Heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
6) Starting from the center working out, gradually sponge on three different colors. I used Marina Mist in the center, then Certainly Celery, and Bashful Blue.
7) Cut out the image with the Top Note die.
