Decor Elements Halloween Wall Art

I made this wall art using Stampin' Up's line of Decor Elements vinyl images, Spooky Things which I CASed from the new Holiday Mini (page 6). I adhered the vinyl to the outside of the frame. Inside the frame I cut a piece of Nite Owl Designer Series Paper down to 8" by 10". I stamped the owl in Pumpkin Pie, then stamped various spiders in Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzaz and Old Olive and Basic Black. I attached some swirls using the Swirly die cuts. When I made the page smaller, I cut off the top of the DSP so I had to add the rest of the outline. I used rubons from Spooky Night (page 8).
