Die Cutting and Paper Piecing

This is my last exercise for Spring Training 2012.  Today's 10 minute challenge is to plan out and die cut one custom paper piecing embellishment for your next scrapbook page or paper crafting project. This is my intro page for the month of May for my One Little Word album. I used the Tim Holtz Vintage Camera die with my Big Shot in Basic Black and Basic Grey Card Stock. I went over the grey and swiped some of the black with Stampin' Up's Platinum Shimmer Paint on a sponge. Then I swiped a little bit of Tim Holtz Vintage Photo over the silver to tone down the shine. I cut out the letters and shadow with my Cricut, using Alphalicious.
