Layered Window Technique Wedding Card

 

The Stampin' Up! Deckled Rectangle dies were used to create this beautiful wedding card using the Layered Window Technique. A Bubble Bath card base with the Bubble Bath Soft Shimmer Paper makes the card feel fancy. The sentiment and flowers are from the Wonderful Thoughts Bundle. The sentiment is stamped in Fresh Freesia. 

The Vellum basics specialty paper comes with 6 sheets (12" x 12") 2 each of 3 designs in stripes, polka dots and the leaf pattern used on the flowers. You can choose your favorite pattern. 

Tinsel gems are very popular right now. The three pack comes with 150 adhesive-backed pieces in Misty Moonlight, Fresh Freesia, and Lost Lagoon. They look like little water droplets.
