Forget-me-Nots - Meaningful Flowers Alternative Case

It's time for the Paper Pumpkin Alternative Tuesday Challenge! Create something with a Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin kit. Tag your photo on social media using #ppalttues so we can find each other's posts. This card uses the August 2023 kit called, Meaningful Flowers. Case'd (copy and share everything) from the talented Stampin' Up! design team member, Verena Shapiro.
This card is almost identical to Verena's card, except it shows the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder behind the forget-me-nots and there is an added string to the bow with Boho Blue Jute Trim and Linen Thread. The blending at the bottom of the card is a little bolder than the original.

For this technique, stamp the flower onto Stampin' Up masking paper. Take your time and cut it out just inside the lines. Stamp the flower on the right onto Basic White cardstock. Put the mask on top of it and stamp the second flower on the left.

Position your circle die (from the Stylish shapes dies) and mark lightly inside the circle with a pencil to see where to stop the cut on the flowers. Roughly cut out the ride side of the flower images. You can go back later and clean up the cuts. Place the die under the flowers. Tuck it in snuggly.  When you run it through the embossing folder, the part of the circle that is under the flowers will not cut.

  1. This is beautiful. I don't know that I would have the patience to make it though.
