We Create Masculine Blog Hop

Hello June - It's a special day! The NEW Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog for 2018-2019 comes out today: Love It, Live It, Share It - 30 Years of Loving What We Do.  Join our hop as the We Create Bloggers introduce some new and returning products that are available for purchase now. Our theme is anything masculine. I'm featuring the Bubble Over stamp set with matching Bottles and Bubbles Framelits to create a masculine birthday or congratulations set.
I'm using 5 brand new Stampin' Up! colors here: Grapefruit Grove, Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather and Gray Granite. I got the 3D bottle and coaster idea from Gaynor Boyce who is a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in the UK.
To create half of the 3D bottle: Die cut 6 large bottles from the largest bottle die in the Bottles and Bubbles Framelits set in Gorgeous Grape cardstock. Score the bottles down the middle vertically and fold the pieces on half. Glue the pieces to each other on the outside edges.
  • Card Base: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Highland Heather
  • Mat 5-1/4" x 8-1/4" Grapefruit Grove - emboss with Softly Falling Embossing Folder
  • Two strips measuring 1" x 5-1/4" and 2-1/8" x 6" of 2018-2020 In Color 6" x 6" DSP
  • Stamp the "Yay" sentiment on Whisper White Cardstock from Bubble Over in Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green, Grapefruit Grove and Gray Granite. Punch out with the 3/4" Circle Punch.
  • Die cut the bottle bands and bottle cap from Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green and Gray Granite.
To create the full 3D bottle: Die cut 11 large bottles from the largest bottle die in the Bottles and Bubbles Framelits set in Gorgeous Grape cardstock. Score the bottles down the middle vertically and fold the pieces on half. Glue the pieces to each other on the outside edges. Adhere completed bottle to a bottle cap.
  • Coaster Base: 3" x 3" in Gray Granite
  • Mat:  2-7/8" x 2-7/8" in Highland Heather
  • Stamp the "Yay" sentiments on Whisper White Cardstock from Bubble Over in Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green, Grapefruit Grove. Punch out with the 3/4" Circle Punch.
  • Die cut the bottle bands and bottle cap from Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green and Gray Granite.
  • Stamp the bubbles in Gorgeous Grape.
  • Die cut the bottle bands and bottle cap from Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green and Gray Granite.
  • Stamp the thumbs up onto Whisper White Cardstock using Gorgeous Grape and die cut with coordinating Bottles and Bubbles Framelit.
Last, create a mini 4" gift bag using the Stampin' Up! Gift Bag Punch Board. It's the perfect size for a gift card or some cash. I used Grapefruit Grove Cardstock and 2018-2020 In Color 6" x 6" DSP. I tied the handle with the new Nature's Twine four color pack.
