Queen Bee Bundle VIntage Pop-Up Card

 

This beautiful Queen Bee bundle is available until the end of April as it is featured in the Stampin' Up! January-April 2023 Mini Catalog. Click on any of the images for a complete supply list. The pop-up center is very easy to create. The center base measures 7-1/2 x 4-3/4. Fold in half. With a ruler, measure 2-1/2 " to the left and right of the center fold. Make a little mark with a pencil. Measure 2-1/2" down from the center fold and make a little mark. Then line up your marks on each side with your Paper Trimmer and emboss a line connecting the dots, then fold. 

The main colors I used here to create this vintage feel are: Very Vanilla, Sahara Sand, Fresh Freesia, Gold, White and Clear Embossing Powders. I stamped and embossed first. Then I went in and added highlights with a sponge dauber in Sahara Sand and Fresh Freesia. 

There are so many possibilities for brightening up the Queen Been and coloring in the flowers on her wings. There is also a lovely die overlay for the wings as well.
