Another Recipe for Delicious Scrapbook Pages

This was part of a double page spread for our March scrapbook page. This layout uses paper from the Sweet Pea Designer series pack and the Tiny Tags stamp and jewelry punch. I used a white gel pen to give definition to the flowers on the tags and strung them with Linen Thread.
